The pomegranate is probably one of the most healthy and most amazing fruits that exist. It is said to be the oldest healing fruit in the history of human mankind. It is a symbol for fertility as one fruit possesses up to 400 seeds! Pomegranates increase your memory, have a positive impact on your cardiovascular system and metabolism and maintain glowing skin! Its many antioxidants help your body fight free radical damage to your cells caused by oxidation. Furthermore, it is rich in vitamin C and potassium. It seems to contain DMT (Dimethyltryptamine), which is a “spiritual molecule” that exists in the human brain and has been used by many various cultures for ritual and healing purposes!!

INGREDIENTS

1 pomegranate
3 small apples
1/2 lemon
piece of ginger (thumb size)
handful of basil

The peeling and extraction of the pomegranate seeds takes some time. Put the seeds into a tall vessel or directly into your mixer. Wash and seed the apples, peel the ginger and put both into a juicer. Add the apple-ginger juice, the lemon juice and the basil to the pomegranate seeds and blend. Done.
